Unvented Hot Water

A typical unvented systems can provide higher flow rate and a balance in water pressure between hot and cold taps and showers.

Unvented cylinder do not require a cold water storage tanks usually placed in an exposed loft space, removing the risk of freezing and burst pipes.

The installation of unvented hot-water cylinder must be carried out by a properly qualified plumber as identified in Approved Document G of the Building Regulations.

Manufactures also recommended that these hot water tanks be serviced every 12 months.

A survey must be done on the property before undertaking this type of insulation.
